Joli Jardin is owned by Becca Coleman and Erin Leonard. The journey began in 2016 with a flower farm on Signal Mountain, Tennessee, where they focused on growing blooms for wholesale sales to florists throughout the Chattanooga area.
In 2018, Becca and Erin acquired the Blumenwagen, beginning its transformation into Chattanooga’s first flower truck. By the 2019 flower season, the Blumenwagen became a mobile floral experience, hosting pop-up shops that offered both pre-made and make-your-own bouquets. Their very first pop-up took place in March 2019 at The Mad Priest, marking an important step in bringing their flowers directly to the community.

Little Blume was added to the Joli Jardin fleet shortly after the debut of the Blumenwagen in 2019 to expand mobile pop-up capabilities across events and markets.
In 2021, the dream of Joli Jardin Flower Shop came to life with the opening of a brick-and-mortar location on Market Street, near Chattanooga’s Southside district. Rooted in their biodiverse Signal Mountain farm and inspired by European floral markets, Joli Jardin quickly became a beloved local destination for sustainably grown blooms, unique gifts, plant care items, and workshops. The shop’s inviting atmosphere—where customers can build their own bouquets or choose curated arrangements—reflects both floral artistry and a strong sense of community.

Three years later, in 2024, Becca and Erin expanded their vision with the launch of Verre Noir, a sister retail concept located on Frazier Avenue. Unlike a traditional plant shop, Verre Noir offers a curated blend of rare houseplants, apothecary goods, esoteric books, teas, candles, perfumes, and botanical curiosities, all within a space inspired by dark academia and botanical aesthetics. Its cozy atmosphere and eclectic offerings have made it a distinctive addition to Chattanooga’s creative retail landscape.

Together, Joli Jardin and Verre Noir represent a full-spectrum floral and botanical experience—from farm-grown flowers and everyday bouquets to ritual objects, plants, and thoughtfully curated goods—rooted in community, craft, and intentional connection.
You can obtain flowers through deliveries or by any of the pop-up shops announced on Instagram or Facebook throughout Chattanooga.
